Mr. Tony El Khoury is the Chief Operating Officer of the ADX - listed Sawaeed Holding LLC. He plays a dynamic role in managing, coordinating, and organizing the daily company’s activities and operations, as well as formulating effective operational strategies with various teams and overseeing their implementation. He focusing on improving daily business activities and administrative processes to ensure smooth workflows and enhance operational efficiency, ultimately supporting the company in achieving its strategic goals. He acts as the main point of contact and communication with executives and other departments heads to ensure alignment between plans and strategies, working to translate the company’s strategic vision into tangible reality.
Tony began his career with United International Group for Manpower Services LLC (UIG) & its subsidiaries, with over 19 years of expertise in the Field of Manpower Services & Recruitment. He possesses a strong 19-year track record with UIG Group companies, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and growing, and restructuring various group entities, to become one of the most significant companies working in the field of recruitment and labor supply.
His qualifications include a Bachelor in Business Computing from Notre Dame University-Louaize (NDU) Lebanon.
